Air Fryer Potato

Ingredients:

  • 6 small potatoes, cut into finger-sized pieces
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Thyme, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)

Method:

  1. Boil the Potatoes: Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot. Add the potatoes and let them cook halfway, then strain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, place the half-cooked potatoes and add the olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, and thyme. If you like garlic, add one clove, minced. Toss everything together until the potatoes are well-coated.
  3. Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket. Cook until they reach a golden color and are crispy on the outside.
